I became acquainted with my guru in 2002, and he taught me the "The Mudras Healing Meditation Method" and the "The Inner Energy Healing Meditation Method". At that time, I had no experience in sitting meditation, so my guru briefly guided me on the basic posture of sitting cross-legged and putting my hands together in prayer position.
At first, my sister laughed at me for being only enthusiastic for a short time. But there was some truth to that, because I'm notoriously lacking in perseverance and have a bad temper. Although I only studied one day a week, I could still feel the benefits.
Because I persisted. My volatile temper, which I've had since childhood, has been greatly tempered through the practice of "The Mudras healing Meditation" and "The Inner Energy Healing Meditation." No one advised me to work on my personality, but these subtle meditation practices have had an effect.
After practicing for two months, I already felt the amazing effects: I got less angry and my interpersonal relationships improved. I wondered: is that why? At first, I was really skeptical. But as time went on, and everything and everyone around me improved, the answer became clear. Because it's impossible for everything to go so smoothly.
The principle is actually very simple: when a person's mindset changes, they view many things with gratitude, their thoughts become simpler, and many things no longer bother them too much.
Practicing the "The Inner Energy Healing Meditation Method" brings me peace. Sometimes, after a long day at work, I still feel breathless. At those times, the " The Inner Energy Healing Meditation Method" helps me regulate my breathing, allowing me to reflect on myself again. I rediscover the people and things around me and can clearly analyze my surroundings. After practicing this repeatedly for about two years, my temperament has become calm and I've developed patience.
I no longer get angry, and my constitution has changed. The poor health of premature babies and some paranoid thoughts no longer bother me. Unconsciously, positive energy has been flowing in, cleansing my mind and body.
For example, in 2005, I had been practicing the "The Mudras Healing Meditation" for over two years. At that time, I was facing a bottleneck in my work and was thinking about my next step. Suddenly, the thought of going back to school flashed through my mind. Because I was too wild and playful in college, I didn't graduate. I had always regretted it. However, I had been out of school for so many years, and I was not young anymore. It was not easy.
The practice I've done over the past two years has calmed my anxieties, and I told myself this was my only chance. Although I felt it was feasible, the difficulty was still quite high, and I wasn't confident. Once I decided to proceed, the biggest test was myself.
During my two years in the short-term master's program, many colleagues asked me if I was pursuing a master's degree. At 30 years old, I honestly couldn't answer that. Firstly, it was difficult because of my pride, and secondly, it was difficult to affirm my own abilities.
I overcame these challenges later on. I completed my five-year architecture degree. Although it was tough, it was precisely because it was hard-won that it was all the more precious.
This method has benefited me, and I hope others will also have the opportunity to access and benefit from it.
